{"id":3044,"date":"2022-08-05T08:44:42","date_gmt":"2022-08-05T08:44:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aeterrasave.net\/erasmus\/?p=3044"},"modified":"2022-08-05T08:44:42","modified_gmt":"2022-08-05T08:44:42","slug":"curso-de-formacao-effective-communication-strategies-for-supportive-parent-teacher-relationship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeterrasave.net\/erasmus\/curso-de-formacao-effective-communication-strategies-for-supportive-parent-teacher-relationship\/","title":{"rendered":"Curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;Effective Communication Strategies for Supportive Parent-Teacher Relationship&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>O Agrupamento de Escolas de Pedome, representado por duas t\u00e9cnicas do GAAF e duas docentes (coordenadora da EMAEI e Diretora de Turma), participaram no curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o ERASMUS+ KA1 &#8220;Effective Communication Strategies for Supportive Parent-Teacher Relationship&#8221;, com a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 30h, entre os dias 25 e 30 de julho de 2022, em Amesterd\u00e3o &#8211; Pa\u00edses&nbsp;Baixos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tendo a escola o intuito de promover o desenvolvimento integral dos alunos, n\u00e3o pode desenvolver a sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o sem se considerar enquanto comunidade educativa, integrando, assim, os pais e as fam\u00edlias como parte integrante e fundamental deste processo. Da\u00ed a import\u00e2ncia da frequ\u00eancia desta forma\u00e7\u00e3o, em que explorou a import\u00e2ncia da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 com os estudantes, mas principalmente com os pais, dotando as participantes de estrat\u00e9gias e metodologias para uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o mais efetiva e potenciadora do envolvimento dos mesmos no processo de aprendizagem dos alunos e no seu percurso educativo. Algumas destas estrat\u00e9gias est\u00e3o relacionadas com a psicologia positiva, mencionando apenas a t\u00edtulo de exemplo, o feedback&nbsp;sandwish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o podem deixar de ser mencionadas as estrat\u00e9gias de aprendizagem ativa e participativa dos alunos, tamb\u00e9m exploradas na forma\u00e7\u00e3o,por exemplo, o m\u00e9todo Bloom, Eboking, Story Jumper, Est\u00fadio Stop Motion, como forma de levar at\u00e9 aos pais o trabalho desenvolvido em contexto de sala de aula. Falamos ainda, e como n\u00e3o podia deixar de ser, da import\u00e2ncia de trabalhar a intelig\u00eancia emocional,&nbsp;utilizando a teoria dos &#8220;Seis Chap\u00e9us do Pensamento&#8221;; e a&nbsp;Pir\u00e2mide de Maslow, mais concretamente a sua aplicabilidade para criar um ambiente educativo de seguran\u00e7a e prote\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 no contexto escolar como familiar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante esta semana de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, os diversos conte\u00fados foram trabalhados de forma pr\u00e1tica, atrav\u00e9s da troca de ideias entre todos os participantes, din\u00e2micas de grupo, role-plays, trabalho de grupo e respetiva partilha, e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de ferramentas de trabalho como forma de motivar os alunos e mostrar aos pais o trabalho desenvolvido com seus alunos, aproximando-as da escola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas ferramentas pr\u00e1ticas e estrat\u00e9gias ir\u00e3o melhorar o nosso trabalho com os alunos (dentro e fora da sala de aula) mas tamb\u00e9m com os pais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image-gallery-block-image-gallery-block\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-image-gallery-g6keawl \"><div
