The places to be visited were chosen to fit in with the theme to be worked on and to allow reflection on leadership in different sectors, the challenges faced and how leadership has evolved throughout history.<\/p>\n<p>It is intended that this project will provide an innovative and experiential approach to leadership development, combining the richness of cultural exploration with reflection on the principles and practices of leadership in different contexts.<\/p>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity to explore new places and cultures, to step out of one\u2019s comfort zone, to give young people the freedom and responsibility to decide their own itinerary and to change plans, appealing to their adventurous and collaborative spirit.
