The participants gathered to share ideas, define responsibilities, and strengthen their sense of teamwork ahead of the journey.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, the group discussed and distributed tasks related to the organization of the trip, including day-by-day planning for each city, activity coordination, and contact with local organizations. Associations working on inclusion and intercultural dialogue in cities such as Luxembourg, Strasbourg, Munich, Vienna, Prague, and Budapest were presented and explored. The group also shared relevant local initiatives in their own municipality, looking for ways to connect their international experience with their local context.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, ideas for activities to be developed during the trip \u2014 such as informal reflections, interviews, and group dynamics \u2014 were brainstormed collaboratively.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting marked another important step in preparing a journey that goes beyond tourism, aiming instead for dialogue, awareness, and real connection with the communities along the way.
