On April 14, 2025, in an online meeting, the participants and companions of the “Together We Rise” – Sustainable Solutions Project met to jointly define itineraries and activities that respond to the learning challenges that are intended to be achieved together. To learn about innovative projects, examples of urban and spatial planning solutions in order to make territories sustainable. Promote experiences that facilitate the acquisition of skills to question, identify problems and create socially and environmentally viable solutions. Promote active, responsible and informed participation in the different dynamics that exist in the European space regarding sustainability issues. The work began, in a very collaborative environment
