We took the bus to Lyon downtown and the subway to get the Funiculaire which took us to the Cathedral of Notre Dame the Fourvière. From there the view was amazing. There was a man playing the accordion which turned the place more mysterious. All of us got inside the cathedral and some of us lighted a candle to demonstrate our faith. When we arrived to vieux Lyon town we enjoyed the typical architecture. After lunch we decided to do something different. So, we hopped on a boat to see the city by the river. We also discovered a few facts about the town, such as, people living inside the boats and the existence of some protected zones for the swans. During the boat trip we saw the Euronews Channel office, which was one of the most different buildings in the area. In the end of the boat trip we went to another cathedral, the Basilique of Saint Bonaventure. It was a long but amazing day!
